After a successful career leading in education and non-profit organizations, Amir decided the most important work he could do was help people build healthier, more balanced lives.

Amir Law spent over fifteen years as an executive leader and consultant in education and nonprofit organizations. He built a career around developing people and driving change in the institutions he served. Along the way, he saw a consistent gap: people who wanted better health but had no real pathway to get there.

That gap led him to found Stack Progress Nutrition and Wellness, a company committed to making evidence-informed lifestyle medicine accessible to everyone. We do this by combining Direct Primary Care with Community-based learning.

Primary care identifies the problem. Community-based learning builds the capacity to address it. When clinical insight meets practical, accessible education in the places where people actually live, the result is not just better health outcomes. It is a population that understands its own health and has the tools to sustain it.

He holds a Doctorate in Leadership, an MA in Coaching, as well as certificates in Health & Wellness, Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching, and Nutrition and Wellness Coaching. Currently, he is currently completing his Master of Public Health degree.

Amir is a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and the National Alliance on Ending Health Disparities.
