I did not start Stack PNW because I read a statistic. I started it because I kept seeing the same pattern: people who wanted to be healthier, who were willing to do the work, but who had no real pathway to get there.
For too many people, sustainable health has felt out of reach. Not because they lacked the desire or the discipline, but because the systems and resources designed to support better health were simply not built with them in mind. The communities carrying the heaviest burden of chronic disease, stress-related illness, and preventable health decline have often had the fewest options, and the least support in navigating them.
The science of sustainable health has existed for decades. The six pillars of lifestyle medicine, movement, nutrition, stress management, restorative sleep, social connection, and what people reach for when things get hard, are well-documented, evidence-backed pathways to better health and quality of life. That knowledge is not new. What Stack PNW is committed to is building the infrastructure to make it genuinely accessible to the people and communities who need it most.
That is the gap we were built to close.
How We Address the Problem

Online Courses: Our self-paced, evidence-informed courses make lifestyle medicine education available to anyone, anywhere, on their schedule. No clinical setting. No jargon. No prerequisite. Just practical, science-backed content designed for the lives people are actually living.
Coaches and Medical Professionals: Information alone rarely changes behavior. That is why we connect our community with coaches and medical professionals who provide personalized guidance and support across the six pillars. Having the right person in your corner, someone who understands both the science and the reality of your daily life, changes what is possible.
Community Clinics: Our community clinics bring lifestyle medicine directly into the neighborhoods that have historically been underserved by traditional health systems. No barriers. No environments that feel like they were not built for you. Just accessible, high-quality health support for the people and communities who deserve it most.
Our Intended Outcomes
We are not measuring success by downloads or attendance numbers. We are measuring it by what changes in people's lives over time.
